Fantasia Eileen Rose Rock Above, 26, of Billings went home to be with the Lord on September 9, 2023. She was born in Sheridan, Wyoming on June 18, 1997 to Deserae Rock Above and Jeff North Peigan, Jr. 

Fantasia was raised by her auntie and uncle, Loretta Gros Ventre and Dee Nomee, Kenny Wyles and her grandparents Cecelia Gail and Frazier White Hip. Fantasia grew up in the Wyola area with her great grandmother, the late Harriet Don't Mix, who raised her as her own. She also grew up in the Sioux Pass area at the late Paul and Bertha Nomee ranch.

In 2001 Fantasia was the Fourth of July Princess for the Lodge Grass District, and also again in 2007. When going to school in Lodge Grass, she played basketball and ran track. She enjoyed being a mechanic and being around her brothers. In 2010, Fantasia and Lessa took the four-wheeler out for a ride and came back with an elk before the men came back from hunting. Fantasia and her sister Brittney were like Thelma and Louise. She also loved riding horses, to cruise around, listen to music, and hang out with her friends and family. She welcomed everybody with open arms. She really liked to harass her brothers-in-law.

In 2016, she met Jasper Half. They had two beautiful children together, Jaziree and Jazlene Half. In 2019, she met Leroy Takes Horse, and from that union were born Aquines Tanita and Randall Walker Takes Horse. Fantasia loved all her nieces and nephews, but she favored Qusay Spoonhunter, who she called Quman.

Fantasia is preceded in death by nephews, Jordan Chingman and Faron Enemy Hunter III, her grandmothers, Harriet, Emma, Rita, and Aurelia Don't Mix, Adella Spotted Horse, Melvina Jefferson, Bertha Nomee, Rose Marie Black Hawk, Georgine Little Nest, Lorraine Bear Cloud, Gail Red Wolf and Paula Nomee; grandfathers, James Kills Night, Jr., Joseph Rock Above, Jackson Stewart, Jr., Newton Old Crow, Sr., Bill Gros Ventre, Ivan Don't Mix, Sr., Richard Bird, Cyrus Gros Ventre, Paul Deputee, Sr., Robert Brien, Sr., Roy and Raymond Stewart, Keith Black Hawk, Harold Male Bear, Sr., Edward Not Afraid, Jr., Harry Dean, Bugsy and Wendell Springfield, Lance Rock Above, Robert and, Paul Nomee, Jr.; aunts and sisters, Tanita Kills Night, Margaret Springfield, Honey Jean Kindness, Shi Shi He Does It, Bonnie Three Irons, Jacelyn Big Day, Raelyn Old Bear, Denise Nomee; uncles and brothers, Walker Takes Horse, Willis Kills Night, Royce Red Star, Shawn North Peigan, Frank Nomee, Rocko Broken Rope, Allen White Bear, Ernie Stewart and Roman Bell Rock.
