Carroll Jean Holmes, 67, passed away Monday, October 28, 2019 at her residence in Lubbock, Texas. Cremation arrangements were made under the direction of Calvillo Funeral Home.
Carroll was born August 6, 1952 in Lubbock to the late Jackson and Wanda Farmer. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Eugene Holmes on February 1982. She was in the retail business and worked as a cashier for many years. She was a devoted Baptist whom enjoyed life to the fullest. She loved to play bingo, watch movies, spend time with the family and give the grandchildren a hard time. Her loving demeaner will be missed by all. Her memory will always be cherished.
She is survived by two sons Tommy Young (Teresa) of Plainview, Aaron Holmes (Starla) of Lubbock, two daughters, Jana Ostrander of Lubbock, Misty Blair of Lubbock, twelve grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
