Mr. Harvey was a 1938 graduate of Jefferson Center High School, Huntington County. He was in the United States Army, served his country in World War II, from January 1941 to October 1945. He worked as a plumber out of Local #166 Plumber's and Steam Fitters Union in Fort Wayne, for 55 plus years, and retired in 1981. He was a member of Central Christian Church, Van Buren. Max was an avid fisherman and hunter, and enjoyed spending time with his family, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
