Doris Ann Trucks was born to Newton E and Helen B (Strech) Trucks in Bell, California on February 15, 1941. She married the love of her life, William Applegate, on June 8, 1963. Doris enjoyed a successful working career in various areas, ultimately focusing on the area of relocation services, which resulted in business ownership.
Doris was preceded in death by her parents, her dearly loved husband, and her sister, Linda (Trucks) Wade. She is survived by her sister, Margaret (Trucks Bowden) Bellis, sister-in-law, Jane (Applegate) McGhghy, four nephews and four nieces, as well as multiple great-nephews and nieces.
Doris will be well remembered as someone who honored God and loved family. She has entered into that eternal rest and joined those who went before her.
A graveside service for Doris will be held Tuesday, December 27, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Oakdale Memorial Park, 1401 South Grand Ave, Glendora, CA 91740.
