n D'IBERVILLE --- Meredith "Mary" Cook, 31, died Tuesday, April 16, 2002, in Pascagoula.
Mrs. Cook was born in Biloxi and was a lifelong resident of D'Iberville. She was employed for the past two years at Wal-Mart in Ocean Springs as a cake decorator. She was involved in the Girls Softball League in D'Iberville for many years. She was a Catholic.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Dale Decoteau.
Survivors include her husband, Eddie Cook of D'Iberville; a daughter, Tiffany Cook of D'Iberville; a son, Edward "Little Eddie" Cook Jr. of D'Iberville; five sisters, Elsie Raymond of Woolmarket, Mildred Oliver of Woolmarket, Laura Albritton of Biloxi, Susan Penton of Vancleave and Tammy Decoteau of Ocean Springs; and two brothers, John Decoteau of Ocean Springs and Kyle Decoteau of LaPlace, La.
Visitation will be from 6 to 10 tonight at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes in Biloxi. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday the funeral home chapel, with burial in Coalville Cemetery. Edition: TSH
