Irma Rugg was in Cleveland Monday. Her home on S. Main street was filled to over flowing Sunday when her parents, Mr. & Mrs. Frank Rugg of Wellington, her sister, Grace, and Grandma, Mrs. Lucy Spring, with Mr. & Mrs. Loveland and daughter Alice and Mrs. Paul Miller, also of Wellington, came to spend the day.
