Our beloved mother and grandmother passed through the veil into eternity in the early morning hours of May 11, 2008 of causes incident to age.

Born December 23, 1918 in Snowflake, Arizona to Roland Woodruff Fish and Susan Freeman Fish. Grace lived in Snowflake until 1930. Her family moved to Salt Lake City. She graduated from South High School. Married George Smith on May 2, 1938. Later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple on May 7, 1959. Lived in the Murray area until 1979 when she moved to St. George, Utah. Grace moved to Sandy, Utah to the home of her daughter, Karren, in June 1998, where she was lovingly cared for. Grace held many responsible positions in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was unshakeable in her faith and devotion to the Lord Jesus Christ.

She is survived by her daughter, Karren S. Hubrich (Ralph) and her son, Gerald R. 'Jerry' Smith. Grandchildren: Randy Hubrich (Cheri), Heidi Wolfe (Ken), Danny Hubrich (Becca), Jeff Hubrich (Heather), Brian Hubrich, Becky Shober (Ryan) and 10 great-grand children and sister, Verna Challis. Preceded in death by her husband, George Smith; her parents; three brothers, Lester, Ernest and Frank Fish; and one sister, Merle Olson.

Funeral Services will be held on Thurs., May 15th at 11:00 a.m. in the Crescent 3rd Ward Chapel, 949 E. 10600 S., Sandy. Viewings will be held Wed., May 14th from 6-8 p.m. at Jenkins-Soffe South Valley Mortuary, 1007 W. South Jordan Pkwy. (10600 S) South Jordan and Thursday at the Church from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to the Services.
Interment: Redwood Memorial Estates.
