Farrell L. McDaniel (Pratt) passed away on March 16, 2024, at the age of 81 in Augusta, Kansas. She was born on July 12, 1942, in Eureka, Kansas.
Farrell was a very loving, kind and caring woman who always prioritized the happiness of others. She cherished her family and friends deeply. Farrell enjoyed farm life with her late husband before they retired and became camp hosts at El Dorado Lake. She was known for her warm and welcoming nature, always ready with a comforting hug for everyone she met.
In her free time, Farrell enjoyed collecting Coca-Cola memorabilia, helping those in need, and taking care of her pets. To know Farrell was to love her. "Love you Always" was always her departing words, SO WE "Love you Always."
Farrell will be deeply missed by her son Denny McDaniel (Pam), grandson Patrick Dylan McDaniel, niece Sherry Wilson (Bryan), niece Robin Watson (Brian Shuttleworth), niece Cindy Ballard (David), numerous other nieces and nephews, as well as many great nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents George & Eva Pratt, husband David McDaniel, brother George Pratt Jr, sister Dolly Bramwell, and nieces Debbie & Sandy Ballinger (Hoover).
A celebration of Farrell's life will be held at a later date. Contributions in her memory can be made to the ASPCA, Friends of the Farmstead, or Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice.
Baker Funeral Home in Wichita, Kansas, is assisting with the arrangements.
