Andrew Norment Toney passed away February 11, 2007. He was an active member of the Army Reserves and was attending OCS at Fort Benning, Ga.
He is survived by his wife, Alicia Toney; daughter, Danielle; and an expectant baby. He is also survived by his mother, Merle Toney; two brothers, Michael Toney (Denise) and Charles Toney (Grace); one sister, Elizabeth Gross; and seven nieces and one nephew. Andrew was a resident of Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Graveside services at Dale Memorial Park, Chesterfield, on February 15, 2007 at 11 a.m.
