She was the proud mother of three children: Sons; Matthew Bartlett of David City; Michael Bartlett (Melissa Wray) of Hazlehurst, GA.; and Daughter: Susan (Roger) Smith of Wymore, NE.
Deb's pride and joy were her two grandchildren: David and Hope. She is survived by her children, her grandchildren, her mother, brother and sister-in-law: Richard and Marge Larson of Norfolk, VA. and sister, Roberta Larson of Bloomington, Ind. She is preceded in death by her father.
Deb retired from the Butler County Clinic in December 2007 after 33 years. When she wasn't working, she could often be found at the park or ball diamond with her children and grandchildren. Deb enjoyed her months after retiring helping her son Matthew plan for and run Par IV Clubhouse. Deb's passing leaves an empty spot in the hearts of friends and family. We will miss her laughter most of all.
Memorial services were held on Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at 10 a.m. in Chermok Funeral Home, David City. Interment will be in David City Cemetery.
