Paul is the son of Fred Edgar and Lessie May (Milton) Pfeifer.

Paul F. Pfeifer, 71, of 2295 N. Woodford St. died 12:15 p.m. Saturday (Aug 6, 1983) in his home. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday in Dawson & Wikoff Funeral Home, with visitation 6 to 8 p.m. Monday. Burial will be in Boiling Springs Cemetery.

Mr. Pfeifer was born in Decatur, son of Frederick and Leslie May Pfeifer. He was retired from Decatur Plating Co. and had worked for Houdille Hershey as a metal polisher. He was a member of St. Thomas Catholic Church. He married Pearl Adams in 1930. She died in 1980.
Surviving are sons, Ronald F. of Elwin; Paul David, Terry W. and Gary E., all of Decatur; daughters, Mrs. Arthur (Shirley) Bradshaw of Decatur; Mrs. Harold (Barbara Jean) Blunt of Cerro Gordo; Mrs. James (Lois) Walden and Pauline Blankenship of Casner; Mrs. Lyle (Bonnie) Seever of Spooner, Wis.; Mrs. Kenneth (Diana) Brooks of Macon; two sisters; 37 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren. Two brothers preceded him in death.
