Vivian Becky Hayworth, age 75, of Oroville passed away on Wednesday, May 7, 2008 at home in Oroville.
She was born on April 6, 1933 in Wheaton, Miss. to parents, Kelley and Sara LaKey. Vivian grew up in Washburn, Miss.. She met Francis Hayworth at the age of 16, working for him on his bean farm. They married in Pineville, Miss. on Feb. 9, 1950. They traveled from Rogers, Ark. to Oroville for several apple harvest seasons and decided to settle in Oroville in May of 1990.
Vivian is survived by her children: Donna McCormack of Bridgeport, Susan Mathis of Oroville, James Hayworth of Oroville, Shirley Smith of Oroville and Linda Rydman of Oroville; 12 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis Marion Hayworth.
Funeral services were held on Monday, May 12, 2008 at 11 a.m. at Valley Christian Fellowship with her son-in-law, Rev. William McCormack, officiating. Interment followed at the Oroville Riverview Cemetery.
