Mrs. Jessie B. Shriver, 94, formerly of 326 W. Main St., died unexpectly in Samaritan Hospital Tuesday evening.

Born in Stark County April 6,1878, she was the daughter of Samuel and Catharine (Lesser) Devies.

She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church.

On April 14,1897, she married Corwin I. Shriver who preceded her in death in June of 1959.

Survivors include one son, L. Glen of Atlanta, Ga., two sisters, Mrs. Wertman of Ashland and Mrs. Alma Flickinger of Tiffin; 14 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, two daughters, one son, four sisters, and one brother.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Denbow-Primm Funeral Home with Rev. Paul W. Free officiating. Burial will be in Ashland Cemetery. Section 4 Lot 499 Grave 5

Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Cause of Death: Kidney failure
