Mrs. Martin, whose maiden name was Hannah B. Winans, was a native of this city, and her entire life had been spent in this locality. She was affiliated with the First M. E. Church and previous to her impaired health was an active worker in the church. Her husband, Augustus Harrison Martin, died about two years ago. Surviving are three children, Miss Nellie M. Martin, Frederick A. Martin, borough clerk of North Plainfield, and Harry F. Martin, all living at home; and a sister, Mrs. Sarah J. Bird, of St. Cloud, Fla.
