Sudden Death in Florida.
The many friends of Miss Lucy Jane Cady, of New Concord, New York, will be pained to learn of her sudden death, which occurred Jan. 27th, in Florida, where she went to assist in caring for a niece. She was much beloved for her good deeds, which were many. One to be confided in, conscientious, self-reliant, and a character to be admired. She will long be missed by her friends, and especially those in the home she left,
feeling so bright and cheerful, hoping to return in early spring. She was buried by the side of her niece in the family plot at Auburndale, Florida.

Word has been received in Cortland of the death at Raymond, Florida, on January 27 of Miss Lucy Jane Cady of New Concord, New York, at the age of 73 years. Miss Cady went from her home last fall to Florida to care for her niece, Mrs. Linus E, Daly, who was in failing health. Mrs. Daly died about a week before Miss Cady. Both ladies formerly lived in Cortland.
