In the 1910 U.S. Census for Althouse Prec., Josephine, Oregon, Percy and his sister Lela are living w/their Robinson grandparents.

The 1920 U.S. Census record for Josephine Co., Oregon finds Percy living with his grandparents, Thomas H. and Martha (Mattie) M. Robinson. Also in the household Lloyd E. Robinson. Thomas was born in Calif. and was 58 years old, Martha was also born in Calif. and was 55 years, and Lloyd was 21 years old and born in Calif. Percy was 13.

Interestingly, he was also living with his mom, now married to George W. Collard in 1920; he was found in both places during that year's census. His sister Leia was also in the household. She was one year older than Percy. The family was listed in Josephine Co., OR.

Percy is boarding with the Owen family in Waldo, Josephine Co., Oregon at the time of the 1930 U.S. Census. He is single at this time.

Percy married Constance Lemmon on May 5, 1931, in Yreka, Siskiyou Co., Calif.

Percy and Connie had two daughters.

Percy's father, Frank, later married another Maude who was b. 1894, Calif. In the 1930, Frank was a logger for a lumber mill in Talent, Jackson Co., OR. In 1940, Frank was a packer for the U.S. Forestry Service; he resided in Kirby Prec., Josephine Co., OR. He & Maude M. were still together. However, by 1942, he listed his sister Lenora as his contact person.
