Charles H. Bowman SR
Charles Henry Bowman Sr.,
62, of 1083 East Kentucky St.,
Louisville, died Saturday at his
home of natural causes.
Born Jan. 8, 1927, in Marion County, Kentucky
he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Bowman.
He was a retired driver for the Yellow Cab Co. In Louisville and a member of the Pentecostal Church.
Survivors include his wife ,Anna Elizabeth Mattingly Bowman; two daughters, Wanda Cooper and Wanda Ann Bryant, both of Louisville ;three sons, Thomas Bowman Sr. and Joseph Bowman Sr., both of Chaplin, and Charles Bowman Jr. of Louisville ; two brothers
Paul Bowman of Junction City and Sam Bowman of Louisville ;a sister, Elizabeth Gatliff of Junction City; 14 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 1 P.M. Tuesday at Preston Pruitt Funeral Hone, in Danville Kentucky.
Burial will be in Saint Charles Cemetery in Saint Mary.
Visitation is at the funeral home until 9 tonight.
