Brodine M. Funk, Leavenworth, died Sunday, Jan. 1, 1995, at Providence Medical Center, Kansas City, Kansas. she was 75.
she was born Nov. 6, 1919, in Salina, the daughter of Eugene and Grace Dugger Langston. Mrs. Funk was employed for many years at King Radio in Olathe, retiring in 1980.
Survivors include a daughter, Nancy Ree, Easton; two sons, Bobby Lawrence, Leavenworth and William Lawrence, Lawrence; a brother, Gale Langston, Prescott Valley, Ariz.; three sisters, Thelma Moppin, Fawcett, Mo., Virginia Wendel, Leavenworth, and Naomi Heydenrich, Dear, Ark.; 13 grandchildren, 19 Great grand-children and one great-grand child.
She was preceded in death by two daughter, Patricia Lawrence and Bonita Stimac, and two brothers, Friends may call at Belden-Sexton-Sumpter Funeral Chapel from 6 to 8 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral chapel with the Rev. Dale Field officiating. Burial will follow at Easton Cemetery.
Memorials may be given to the Hospice of Leavenworth.
