Lydia Meta GEDDERT was the 3rd of 9 children born to Johann 'John' August & Johanna 'Anna' Marie Auguste nee JUHNE GEDDERT.

Lydia Meta GEDDERT was baptized 20 April 1890 by Rev. Joel David Druckenmiller in Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church of Moltke. Her godparents were Margaretha Juni, Anna Flemming, Wilhelm Heller.

She maarried Arthur R. MacARTHUR 16 January 1906 in Bearinger Township (Presque Isle County), MI. Witness at their marriage by Rev. O. L. Doolittle was Elizabeth MacArthur.
