MRS. W. G. GRAY DIES MONDAY
Martha Malinda Gray, age 67, passed away at her home south of Spring Place Monday morning at 12:15.
She is survived by her husband, W. G. Gray; two step daughters, Mrs. Opal Saylers and Mrs. Nina(Mina) Youll, both of Chatsworth; two step sons, Barney Gray, of Dalton, and Sam B. Gray of Atlanta; three sisters, Mrs. Bessie Young and Mrs. Mattie Wilbanks, of Murray County and Mrs. Nannie Bishop, of Huntsville, Ala.; one brother, Walter Jones of Ramhurst.
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 4 o'clock from the Smyrna Baptist Church. Rev. Jim Owens officiated and burial was in the local cemetery with Kenemer Brothers in charge.
