HAZEL A. EMMONS
Hazel A. Emmons, 79, of 5194 Gorge Road died Wednesday at Community-General Hospital, Syracuse, after a brief illness.
Surviving are four daughters, Betty Markle of Canastota, Esther Weber of Endicott, Hazel Curtis of Minoa and Lois McCarthy of Manlius; six sons, Paul of Manlius, Albert and Wayne, both of Chittenango, Edward of Fayetteville, Ralph of Hyde Park and Clifford of Cazenovia; 34 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be at 2 p.m.

Paul C. Emmons, 73, of Manlius, died at home. Mr. Emmons was born in Manlius, the son of the late Eugene and Hazel Lombard Emmons. He retired from Thermold Corp. He served in the Army, Company A as an MP, achieving the rank of Corporal. Survivors: his wife, Barbara L.; a daughter, Paula Emmons Ellenberg of Reston, VA; a son, Daniel P. of Oneida; four sisters: Betty Markle, Esther Weber, Lois McCarthy and Hazel Curtis; five brothers: Albert, Edward, Ralph, Wayne
