Cathy Bolfik Caldwell, age 65, passed away on May 7, 2008 in La Grange. She was born on October 21, 1942 to parents George J. Bolfik and Evelyn M. (Hunger) Bolfik. She worked as an administrative assistant for 28 years for Capital Farm Credit. Cathy Caldwell was a member of the KJZT. She enjoyed reading, traveling and spending time with her family.

Gunby and her children, Jamie Waldrup and Kimberlee Underwood of La Grange, Texas; her daughter, Becky Lafferty and her husband, Dave Lafferty and their children, Dawson and Chase of McKinney, Texas; her son G.J. Hatfield and his wife, Kerisa Hatfield and their children, Austin, Taylor, Haleigh, Skyler, Hudson, Sydney and Ashlyn of Denton, North Carolina.Her brothers, George A. Bolfik and his wife Marilyn and Wilfred Bolfik and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, George J. Bolfik.
Visitation is scheduled for Friday, May 9, 2008 from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Fayette Memorial Funeral Home. A rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m. on Friday at the Fayette Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, May 10, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Hostyn. Msgr. Stanley Petru and Deacon John McCourt will officiate at the service. Interment will be in the Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery in Hostyn.
