She was born on August 16, 1918 in Alma City, MN, the daughter of Carl and Clara Koplen.

Armilla was a retired employee of Deluxe Check Printers.

She married Arlo Anton on September 23, 1936.

Preceded in death by husband, Arlo; grandchildren, Michael Swanson, Jill (Swanson) Johnson; brother, Wallace Koplen.

Survived by daughters, Caroline "Carol" Swanson & fiance Al Wiedl, Kay (Gary) Pautz; grandchildren, Rick (Missie) Swanson, Tom (Angela)and Doug; great grandchildren, Tarrah and Brennen, Chelsea and Luke, Abigail and Amber, Matthew and Michael; brother, Glenn (Delsie); sisters, Betty (Curtis) and Lois (Ed); many nieces and nephews.

Service Monday, November 28, 11:00 AM at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 3014 McKinley Street NE, Minneapolis. Memorials preferred. Visitation one hour prior to service at church, and also Sunday, November 27, from 4-8 PM at: Washburn-McReavy Northeast Chapel 2901 Johnson Street NE 612-781-6828

Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
