Jared H. Nordgran, 61, 1675 East Twenty-first South street, died Wednesday at 11:10 a.m. in a Salt Lake hospital of natural causes.
He was born in Monroe, May 14, 1879, a son of William Fredric and Sofia Carlsen Nordgran.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Ruth S. Newby Nordgran of Salt Lake City; seven sons, Ferron, Alagran and Gilbert Nordgran, all enlisted men in the U.S. navy, and Arbon, Bane, Alvin[Albin] and Jay Nordgran of Salt Lake City; two daughters, Mrs. Brigita Decker of Los Angeles, Cal., and Miss Bessie Nordgran of Salt Lake City, and four brothers, Nephi and August Nordgran of Monroe, and James C and John Nordgran of Salt lake City.
