Funeral services for Dale Brewer, 76, West Plains, Mo., will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, May 7, 2008, in the Rose Chapel, Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

Mr. Brewer died 11:04 p.m., Friday, May 2, 2008, in Ozarks Medical Center.

He was born Jan. 15, 1932, in Chanute, Kan., to Fred and Dora Endicott Brewer.

On Dec. 16, 1972, he was married at Eudora, Kan.

Mr. Brewer was a veteran, having served with the U.S. Navy during the Korean War.

He had been employed as a plant director of the Leavenworth, Kan., school system and was executive secretary and treasurer of all Kansas school facilities for many years.

Mr. Brewer was a member of the Central Church of Christ.

He is survived by his wife, of the family home; three children, one step-son, two grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; one great-grandchild; three step great-grandchildren; one brother, of Virgil, Kan.; two sisters, and several nieces and nephews.

His parents, two brothers and three sisters precede him in death.

Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., Tuesday, at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

Burial will be at Howell Memorial Park Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Paragould Children's Home and left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
