SPITLER Robert A. Spitler. 70. of 2200 NE 61st Court, Fort Lauderdale, died Thursday. Mr. Spitler came to this area 10 years ago from Flint, Michigan, where he had been associated with K-Mart for 40 years as a manager. Mr. Spitler, a graduate of Hanover College and an Army veteran of World War II, joined Kresge at Detroit in 1929. He has served as manager of nine of the Kresge variety stores and two of the K-mart department stores. He is survived by his wife, Mary, of Pompano Beach: son, David R. of Eureka, California; daughter, Mrs. Martha Slaymaker, Albuquerque, New Mexico; three grandchildren. Mr. Spitler will be sent to Winchester, Indiana for services and interment. Local arrangements in charge of R. JAY KRAEER POMPANO BEACH FUNERAL HOME.
