Wilma Jean Keortge, 75, of Olney, died at 5:10 a.m. Monday, May 5, 2008, at Richland Care & Rehab in Olney.

Mrs. Keortge was born August 20, 1932, in Richland County, the daughter of Preston and Alberta (Lemke) Hinderliter.

She married Robert K. Keortge on August 20, 1949, in the Moravian Parsonage in West Salem. He survives.

She was a homemaker who enjoyed people and had many friends. She will be sadly missed by her family and all who knew her.

Mrs. Keortge is survived by her husband, Robert K. Keortge; sons, Robert E. Keortge and David A. Keortge; brothers, Donald Hinderliter and Allen Hinderliter; grandchildren, Tony, Stacy, Jennifer, Christina, Christopher and Angela; and 11 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Preston and Alberta Hinderliter.

Cremation rites were accorded.

A memorial service was held in Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness in Noble with Bro. Ernest Medler officiating.

Interment were in Oak Hill Cemetery in Parkersburg.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of Southeastern Illinois.
