Mrs. J. F. Anderson died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Sharrai Monday November 16th. The funeral took place from the home of Mr. and Mrs. Sharrai Wednesday at 1 o'clock p.m. Rev. Abernathy officiating, after which the remains were laid to rest in the Florence cemetery.

Elizabeth Keith was born in Union County, Illinois, December 25. 1818 and would have been 85 years old next Christmas day.

She was married to J.F. Anderson January 7th, 1836.

To this union ten children were born, four of whom are still living, two daughters, Mrs. Henry Baker, of Matfield Green and Mrs. Vet. Sharrai, two sons, B.M. Anderson, of Blackwell, Oklahoma and P.J. Anderson, of Kingfisher, Oklahoma also the aged husband all of whom were present to attend the funeral.

Mr. and Mrs. Anderson united with the Baptist church soon after their marriage and have always remained faithful members of that communion. In that faith Mrs. Anderson died, having been a Christian for nearly sixty-eight years.
