Gayla Diane Gault
Gayla Diane Gault went home to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday September 30, 2007.
Born on March 25, 1961 in Norman, Ok she moved with her family to Austin, TX in 1968 where she lived until making her home in New Braunfels, TX in 2001. On July 11, 1981 Gayla married her high school sweetheart and soul mate Charlie Gault. It was the beginning of a love story that will never be forgotten. Being a mother to two boys she loved very much completed her. She always edified life with her gentle spirit as a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend.
Gayla is survived her husband, Charles Gault, her two children Corbin Gault and Dillon Gault of New Braunfels, her parents, Bill and Wanda Corbin of Austin, TX, her brother, Jack Corbin of Schertz, TX and many other family members and friends who loved her.
She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Elvis and Jewel Corbin of Norman, Ok and her maternal grandparents Minor and Lily Bell Ward of Norman, Ok.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution may be sent to Oakwood Baptist Church in her honor, for ministry to others in need.
Funeral services will be held at Oakwood Baptist Church on Thursday October 4, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Hill Country Memorial Gardens.
