WILLIAM HENRY ALBRITTON THE ARCADIAN 1973;

William Henry Albritton, 84, of Rt. 1, Box 86, Myakka City, of Sandy Community, passed away Thursday May 17, 1973, in the DeSoto Memorial Hospital from a short illness.

He was born in DeSoto County, and had lived his entire life in Manatee and DeSoto County. He was a member of the Myakka City Baptist Church, and was rancher and farmer. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Victoria Mercer Albritton of Myakka City; three sons William Robert Albritton of Mulberry, Fla., Luther Albritton, Myakka City, and Perry Albritton of Eagle Lake; two daughters, Mrs. Opal Louise Hall of Plant City, Mrs. Eddie Be Polk of Titusville, Florida, two sisters, Mrs. Viola Crews of Arcadis and Mrs. Ollie Keen of Myakka City; 17 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services were held Sunday, May 20, 1973 at 2 p.m. from the Robarts-Grady Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Grady Harrison officiating. Burial was in Gardner Cemetery with Robarts-Grady Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
