Nancy Jane married James Walker Moore in Choctaw County, MS. They had chidren: Alice Virginia who married Thomas Ramage, Willie Etter who married Cornelius Lollar, Zenia Ann who married Robert Power, Talatha Cumi who married David Campbell, Leander Moore, and James Elwood Moore. In 1880 Nancy and James lived in Choctaw County and two houses over were her parents Lemuel and Margaret Sitton Dacus. On the other side of Lemuel Dacus was Permice (Pernelia) Jones who James married on Nov 13, 1884 after Nancy died. James and Pernelia moved to Texas. Two of Nancy Moore's grandchildren, Virgia Power and Infant Power are also buried in Dacus Cemetery. The cemetery is named after the Dacus family. Several of Nancy's siblings are buried in the cemetery as well as her father. Her mother is buried in a different cemetery.
