ROUGEMONT -- Sheryl Rae Lunsford WALKER, age 39, of 220 Wiley-Lunsford Road, Rougemont, died Friday, August 3, 2007.

Mrs. WALKER was born in Person County. She was the daughter of Wiley Ray 'Fluky' Lunsford and Shirley Clayton Whitfield.

Sheryl was of the Baptist faith. She attended Berea School and graduated from Person High School and then graduated from PCC.

Sheryl had been previously employed with North State Medical and was presently a teacher's assistant at Helena Elementary School.

Survivors include her husband, Greg WALKER of the home; her two children, Kayla Renee WALKER and Gregory Lee WALKER Jr. both of the home; her grandmother, Lillian Lunsford of Roxboro; her father and mother-in-law, Clyde and Shirley Kenion of Rougemont; her stepmother, Sandra Lunsford of Roxboro; her stepbrother, Kerry Davis of Danville, Va.; her stepsister, Lisa Hicks of Roxboro; and several uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.
