He is buried in Memphis Texas.
Mary Idella was the daughter of Elza Leonard Presley and Osnooita Jerusha Elizabeth Roberts Presley. They are both buried in Colony Cemetery, Van Buren County, Arkansas. Elza Presley was a Confederate soldier and has a Confederate monument.
Elzy Presley was the son of Leonard Jackson Presley and Elsey Carolina Bentley.
Leonard Presley was the son of Moses Presley and Nancy Leonard Presley.

Thomas Jefferson Bennett was the son of William Pitts Bennett and Mary Elizabeth Sanders Bennett. William (Pitts) Bennnett was also a confederate soldier and has a monument. He is buried at Quitman Methodist Cemetery.
William Pitts Bennett's father was George Washington Bennett and Nancy Rosalee Williams. They both died in the Quitman area.
