Survivors include her parents, Clayton Hale Jr. and Lillian Hale of Crossville; sister, Selina Dawn Tuttle; grandparents, Barbara Slavens, Jewell Hale and Horace Frankie Wiggins, all of Crossville; great-grandmother, Naomi Bose of Crossville; and great-great-grandmother, Nellie Lee of Crossville.
