Minnie Jewel Million Click, 97, passed away Monday, April 28, 2008, in Glen Rose.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Friday at Wiley Funeral Home. Interment: Lanham Mill Cemetery in Somervell County. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Click was born July 20, 1910, in Somervell County, one of 11 Million children born to P.W. and Texana Lee Million. She married Jerry Edgar Click on April 22, 1933, in Kerrville. She was a member of Glen Rose Church of Christ and a member of the Eastern Star. Jewel worked during the World War II years at the "Bomber Plant" in Fort Worth. She also worked in her later years at the Glen Rose Nursing Home, from where she retired. She was preceded in death by her parents, eight sisters, two brothers and her husband, Jerry Edgar Click, on May 19, 1981.
Survivors: Several nieces and nephews, including Glennis and Mary Ann Million of Glen Rose, Alvis Million of Glen Rose and Dorthy Ketter of Duncanville.
