On April 22, 2008 19-year-old Justin Wayne Russell and 19-year-old Brock Alan Banks died in a boating accident in Wylie, TX.
The accident occured when the boat the two were piloting capsized near a low-water dam on the east fork of the Trinity River. Witnesses reported seeing the boat begin to take on water and ultimately overturn. The current near the dam was particularly strong at the time of the accident.
