Graveside memorial service for Ganola Ann "Joly" Adams, 65, Temple, Texas and Lawton, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Letitia Cemetery with Jim Antwine officiating.

Mrs. Adams died Sunday, April 20, 2008, in Temple.

Burial will be at Letitia Cemetery under direction of Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home.

She was born on Jan. 23, 1943, in Canyon, Texas, to Charles B. and Anita Marie Bonorden Adams. She graduated from Amarillo High School and then graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in medical technology from Gradwohl School of Medical Technology in St. Louis. She later attended Dade University and University of Texas Health Science in Austin. She specialized in drug and substance abuse counseling. She was a lab technician for 28 years at St. Joseph Hospital, Bryan, Texas, and retired in 2006.

Survivors include three sons and a daughter: Lynnard Haley, Navasota, Texas; Larry Haley, Bryan, Texas; and Tammi Hart and Patrick Mays, both of Temple, Texas; four grandchildren; a brother, Lawrence Adams, Phoenix, Ariz.; a sister-in-law, Janie Adams Dupler, of Lawton; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers: Norman, Poin, and Alan Adams; and three sisters: Wynelle Hart-Rogers, Laquita Anderson, and Eloise "Wink" Kizer.
