A funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, 1998, in Aims Community Church in Corbett for Clara J. Baker , who died Sept. 13 at age 100.
Mrs. Baker was born June 22, 1898, in Brower, near Larch Mountain. Her maiden name was Kerslake. She was a member of the church. She was a charter member of the Corbett American Legion Auxiliary and a pioneer member of the East Multnomah County Pioneer Association. She married Louie E. in 1921; he died in 1969.
Survivors include her sons, Allan and James, both of Corbett; daughters, Catherine Dunlap and Marilou Bowman, both of Corbett, and Carolyn Williams of Coos Bay; sister, Grace Stolin, and brother, Dan Kerslake, both of Corbett; 20 grandchildren; and 35 great-grandchildren.
Interment will be in Mountain View Cemetery in Corbett.
