Son of Daniel D. Miller and Catherine (Weaver) Miller. Husband of Lydia B. (Troyer) Miller. Father of Eli D., Edward D., Benjamin D., Mary, Katie (Miller), Albert D., Samuel D., Levi D., Elizabeth, Fanny, Lydia, Daniel D., Noah D., and Calvin D. Miller. Religion: Amish.

Daniel D. Miller was born near Millersburg, Ohio, November 20, 1847; died near Berlin, Ohio, July 25, 1926; aged 78 years, 7 months, 25 days. He united with old Amish Mennonite Church in his youth, and remained a faithful member until death. On May 2, 1867, he was united in marriage to Lydia Troyer. To this union were born 9 sons and 5 daughters. 3 sons and 4 daughters preceded him in death. He leaves wife, 6 sons: Eli, Albert, Samuel, Levi, Noah, Calvin; and 1 daughter: Fanny; 36 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and many relatives and friends.
