Services were 2 p.m. Monday at Sauls Valley Baptist Church in Lawrence County. The Rev. Jackie Cooke officiated with burial in the church cemetery. Wilson Funeral Home of Monticello was in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Mullins was born October 6, 1936, in Lawrence County. He was the son of the late Georgie W. Mullins and Ladell Cox Mullins.
He was a member of Sauls Valley Baptist Church.
Survivors include three daughters, Jeanenne White and Penny and Pattie Mullins, all of Monticello; three brothers, Burt, Ed and Donnie Mullins, all of Monticello; three sisters, Leona Hawthorn of Columbia, Betty Reid of Ruth and Phyllis Ratcliff of Monticello; and four grandchildren, Vanessa Rutland, Chelsea Caul, Hannah Caul and Jessica White.
