She would graduate from the Police Academy with the distinction of second highest score in her class. Afterwards, she went on to dedicate many knowledgeable years of proud service at the Welsh Police Department.

Her love for knowledge, nurturing, nature, and life were only surpassed by her love for her family and friends.

Leaving behind to forever treasure every magical moment spent with her are her 10 Grandkids and 8 Great Grandkids. along with a multitude of nieces, nephews, and friends who will always remember her as a strong, determined, and fiercely independent woman who was not afraid to speak her mind.

Honoring her wishes of a simple cremation, a celebration to honor Mary's life will be announced at a later date.
