Alice F. Rawson Landreth was born Feb. 1858 in Morgan County, Illinois. She died in July 1910 near Austin, Delta, Colorado. Alice married Elmer Ellsworth Landreth in 1885 and they had at least five children.

Published obituary in the Delta Independent, Delta, Colorado, on July 15, 1910:
"Alice F. Landreth, wife of Elmer E. Landreth, died at their home near Austin Wednesday morning at 2 A.M., aged 52 years, of tuberculosis. The funeral took place yesterday at 10 A.M. at the Austin M.E. Church. The burial was at Mounds (Cory) Cemetery."
