Lillian Hall Lord, age 84, of Loganville, Georgia, crossed over to her Lord and Savior on Monday, February 5, 2024, at her home surrounded by family. Lillian was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Rubin Edward Lord on April 17, 2010.Lillian is survived by her five children; Michael Lord of Loganville, GA, Deborah Kelton of Auburn, GA, Lisa & Dale White of Colbert, GA, Rubin Edward "Tom" Lord, Jr. of Jonesboro, GA, and Loretta & Mike Johnston of Sparta, GA; four grandchildren, Amanda & Sonny Robinson of Winder, GA, Eric & Rachael White of Colbert, GA, Christopher Kelton of Lawrenceville, GA, and Chad White of Colbert, GA; nine great grandchildren, Levi White, Charlie Anne White, Josie White, Abner White, Lindsey Kelton, Lillian "Lily" Robinson, Sonny Robinson, Roxy White, and Jason Lane; other relatives and a host of friends.Mrs. Lord was also preceded in death by her parents, Early Hall and Evie Archer Hall; two sisters, Sue Roberts (Rev. George Roberts), Christine Mitchell; three brothers, Harlin Hall, Richard Hall, and William Hall.Lillian was born on October 9, 1939, in Dacula, Georgia. She attended school in Dacula, Georgia until she began a career as a wife, mother, and homemaker when she married Rubin Edward Lord. She loved to cross-stitch, do word-find books and cook for her family. Her greatest joy in life was her family. She made 1,000 biscuits, canned and washing no telling how many clothes were some of her main jobs as a homemaker. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother. She will be deeply missed by her adoring. family and friends.The Funeral Service to honor and celebrate the life of Lillian Hall Lord will be held on Friday, February 9, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. at Tom M. Wages Lawrenceville Chapel with Rev. Lawrence Doby and Gary Dixon officiating. Interment will follow at Gwinnett Memorial Park.
