Betty E. Westenhaver, age 58, died May 11, 1985 in Salt Lake City.

Born June 28, 1926 in Bern, Idaho to Louis M. Eschler and Libby Kunz Eschler. Married Donald Westenhaver October 5, 1945 in Logan; later solemnized in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple. She was a ward Relief Society president for many years and a faithful visiting teacher. She served in many ward and stake auxiliaries. Employed a Beehive Clothing Mills as manager of the mail order department.

She is survived by four loving children, Gregory Don, Kurt Louis, Betty Jan, and Barry Willard; four precious grandchildren, Aaron Kurt, Claire Suzanne, Daniel Louis, and Andrew Neal; mother; brother, Max; sisters, Thelma Banks, Verda Eschler, Theda Leak, and Donna Kenneth; loving daughter-in-law, Mary Jo. Preceded in death by her husband and father.

Friends may call at Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, Tuesday, 6-8 p.m. and Wednesday at the Rose Park 7th Ward Chapel, 1155 North 1200 West from 11 a.m. until time of service at noon. Burial at Redwood Memorial Estates.
