Bobby served in the Army National Guard, then worked as a farmer, farming row crops, for 36 years. He was a member of Life Point Church in Malvern, AR. Bobby was also the owner and founder of the Malvern Gun Club, a lifetime member of the Etta Hunting Club, and the Booneville Masonic Lodge. He enjoyed horse racing, guns, was an avid hunter, square dancing with Levi's and Lace, and loved the Razorbacks.
Bobby is preceded in death by his parents, son, Harold Higgins, and brother Nathan Higgins.
