Peggy Azalee Halford Frisbee, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, peacefully passed away on Thursday, January 04, 2024, at Pardee Hospital in Hendersonville, North Carolina. She was born on May 06, 1929, in Henderson County, North Carolina to the late Posey W. and Emma Bishop Halford.

Throughout her life, Peggy touched the lives of many with her kind heart, gentle spirit, and unwavering faith in God. She lived a life filled with love, grace, and compassion, leaving an indelible mark on those fortunate enough to know her.

Peggy dedicated many years of her life to her work, retiring from Tyco Instrument. Her dedication and commitment were commendable, earning her the respect and admiration of her colleagues. But it was her role as a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother that brought her the greatest joy.

She was a proud member of Upward Christian Fellowship, where she found solace, strength, and a community of faithful individuals who shared her devotion to the Lord.

Peggy is now reunited with, in addition to her parents, her beloved husband, Leon J. Frisbee; and her twelve brothers and sisters, who preceded her in death.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Joyce Frisbee Duncan; her son, Jerry Frisbee (Betty); her granddaughter, Peggy Frisbee Allen (Robert); her two great-grandchildren, Paige Allen Hannah (Chadwick) and Skyler Allen Lancaster (Josh), and her precious great-great-granddaughter.

A private graveside service will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Hendersonville, where Peggy will be laid to rest.
