Wanda Frazier, 75, of Chapmanville died March 15, 1999, in Logan General Hospital.

She was retired from Logan County schools with 23 years service. She was a member of Retired West Virginia School Personnel and No. 20 Whitman Community Church.

Surviving: husband, Lonnie Frazier; daughters, Becky Lawhun of Chapmanville, Roberta "Tootie" Clark of Marion, Ill.; son, Bob of North Royalton, Ohio; sisters, Marzetta Rutherford of Clinton, Ohio, Hazel McMillen of Wilkinson, LaVita Fields of Port Orange, Fla., Sandra Luh of Haskel, N.J.; brothers, Lawrence "Pete" Belcher of Leesburg, Fla., Franklin "Sonny" Belcher of Monroe, Mich.; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.

Service will be 2 p.m. Friday at James Funeral Home, Logan, with the Rev. John T. Vance officiating. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens, Godby. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
