Mike Jackson officiating. Interment will be in the Northeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, Rayville, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.
James was born August 11, 1954, in Monroe, LA and passed away Friday, January 26, 2024, in Rayville, LA after a lengthy illness.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Barbara and James Oliver, Sr.
Survivors include his sisters, Linda Gail Jennings and Teresa Gilbert and husband, Ronnie; nieces, Heather Jenings, Laura Pendergraft, and Sevanna Oliver; nephew, Corey Gilbert; special aunt and uncle, Betty and Ernie Lard; special uncle, Jim Foster and wife, Patti; and numerous cousins, friends, and other family members.
