Jason French Swartz, 22, of Logan died March 3, 1999, in General Division, CAMC, from an apparently self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Surviving: father, Kenneth Swartz of Sharon, Pa.; mother, Woodward Atkins of Logan; half brothers, Keith Roland Atkins and Dale Alan Atkins, both of Logan, Craig, Clark and Carrie Swartz, all of Sharpsville, Pa.; half sisters, Neva Gale Spriggs and Barrie Lynn Gilman, both of Logan; maternal grandmother, Tuck Johnson of Logan; paternal grandmother, Agnes French of Sharpsville.

Service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at First Christian Church, Logan, with the Rev. Charles M. Wood II officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Pecks Mill. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Honaker Funeral Home, Logan, and one hour prior to service at the church.
