Manchester - Funeral services for Mr. Donald Lee Dickerson, age 68, of Manchester, TN, will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Sunday, February 28, 2016 at Manchester Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jewel Frame officiating. Burial will follow in Ragsdale Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 11:00 AM until 9:00 PM on Saturday evening at the funeral home. Mr. Dickerson passed away Thursday morning at his residence, surrounded by his loving family.
Donald was born in Coffee County, TN, the son of the late John Thomas and Pauline Sain Dickerson. He was a self-employed man, who loved antiquing and wheeling and dealing.
In addition to his parents, Donald was also preceded in death by two sisters, Shirley Dickerson and Joann Frazier; and two brothers, Bobby Dickerson and Johnny Dickerson. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Dorothy Dot Dickerson of Manchester; one son, Tommy Lee Dickerson of Nashville; one daughter, Rhonda Renee Dickerson of Manchester; three brothers, Jimmy, Larry, and Wayne Dickerson; five grandchildren, Jeremy and Jeffery Bryant, Damien Hodge, Brandon Dickerson, and Alicia Fielding; several great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
